Java applications seldom follow the system's proxy settings which causes the failure when recording in the proxy mode

Environment

LoadRunner Professional/Vugen all versions 

Situation

The AUT is a Java application, which needs to be started by a bat file through Command Prompt.
In the recording option, set "Windows Application" as [Recording mode] and "cmd.exe" as [Application]:

Once the recording is started, in the Command Prompt window, run the bat file with the necessary arguments.

But there is no event recorded in the script. 

Cause

This is because the Java application does not read the system's proxy. LR could not access the AUT if the proxy mode is turned on.
