When an old version of WebService script (12.xx) is migrated to newer version (2020 onwards), VuGen reports an error: "Compilation of .NET client proxy stub failed."

Environment

VuGen 12.xx for old version
VuGen 2020 - 24.x for new version

Situation

When an old version of WebService script (12.xx) is migrated to newer version (2020 onwards), VuGen reports an error: "Compilation of .NET client proxy stub failed."
The script was created by importing .wsdl file
