Counters not automatically added when a server is monitored, LRP_2022

When adding a server in "System Resource Graphs" in LRP 2022, the counters are no longer automatically displayed in the Resource Measurements pane like they were in LRP 2020_SP2.
They now have to be added manually. Also, when the counters eventually have been selected it would be good if they were displayed on the dashboard without being populated with data until a scenario is started.
This was also the case in LRP2020_SP2.
