This email is a follow-up to Case 02885482 regarding the ongoing issue we're facing with opening error messages in the Controller during scenario execution. As previously stated, this issue specifically impacts scenarios created in the 2022 R2 version and is occurring inconsistently in the 2023 R1 version.

Despite applying Hotfix_2023_r1_p3 to the Controller machine, the problem persists. We've also opened Case 02948632 to request an enhancement to address this issue.

This ongoing problem is seriously disrupting our testing process. We urgently need a resolution to this issue. Could you please advise on the next steps we should take to resolve this?
