This is a known issue that occurs on some controllers under some edge conditions.
The online charts and the live view panel are controlled by an influx DB service. For some reason (usually customer environment this service does not initialize)
We advise that you close the controller and check if this service is running, If not please start and try the test again.
If it is running, please stop and restart and run the scenario once more.

I would also suggest they backup <Installation folder>\orchidtmp\influxdata folder and rename it.

Hello, I closed out of LoadRunner Controller and the LoadRunner Data Service was running. I've restarted that and my controller scenario and still cannot see any graphs/transactions. To note, I was using LoadRunner 2022 with no issues in seeing graphs, and since installing and upgrading to 24.3, I cannot see the graphs.

Hi Ariana Warren , did you also tried the advice of David McLeish by renaming the folder <Installation folder>\orchidtmp\influxdata ? You might need to stop the Data Service again for this rename action.
I faced the same issue and the folder removal (rename) did the trick for me (that is why I pressed the Verify Answer button of his post).
