Some Salesforce web pages never respond ( page remains "loading" ). Intermittently, the following error is displayed: "vugen session isn't connected to the Internet".

Situation
       VUGEN 2021 R1 has problems while recording Salesforce application as WEB/HTTP Vuser.

  1.  Multiple certificate issues occur when logging in.
  2. For some web site pages of the Application Under Test (AUT), no response is returned ( page remains "loading" ).
  3. Intermittently, the following error is displayed:  "vugen session isn't connected to the Internet".
