Files appsettings.json , pcs,config, LTS.config, userinput.xml for silent installation and the provided user for Identity changer will have the same letter case.

Cause

Files appsettings.json , pcs,config, LTS.config, userinput.xml for silent installation and  the provided user for Identity changer will have the same  letter case.The issue with this is 90% of the stuff takes the InfluxDB password from the system users, but specifically system health is using the username from appsettings.json file in the repository, which also isn’t updated on a new install. The fix for 2023 R1 would be to make it so system health pulls it from the same location as everything. All parts of LRE should be using the same source for the credentials.
