Situation

Task "Run test on LRE" from Visual Studio Code fails if the collate settings are changed for the target test.
If a change is made to a DevWeb test in LRE, the changes are overwritten if/when the test is run again from LR Developer. However, if the controller is changed, the changes made in LRE are retained. Changing Test Options for collations seems to cause an unrecoverable error.
