Error: No data found. After applying Patch 4, graphs and transactions are missing from the reports created by Analysis at the end of a test run. Same occurs when opening rawresults with standalone Analysis with a message that 'No data found'

Stand Alone Analysis 2023r1 Patch 4 

Situation

With 2023r1 Patch 3, reports and transactions would typically show at the end of an LRE test run; along with information on transactions.  After applying Patch 4, most test runs  complete but the transaction information and some of the graphs would were missing -- either from the post run report or opening the results in stand alone Analysis.
