As an administrator of LoadRunner Enterprise, I would like to use both LDAP/SSO and local information to log in to the LoadRunner Enterprise GUI.

Actual state:
Scenario1: If the LDAP communication fails, it is currently not possible to log in with locally created authorizations without interfering with the DB (schema: dbo, table: CONFIGURATION VALUES).
Scenario2: Local authorizations are created for demonstration or test purposes (temporary users). It is not possible for LDAP users and temporary users to log in at the same time.

Possible solution:
Solution 1: Definition of the authentication sequence in the LRE Admin GUI as a list
Solution 2: Definition of a CONFIG_VALUE in the CONFIGURATION VALUES table.
