This request is maily related to SaaS.
Under the Tenants users we sometimes also got OpenText SaaS users. For different reasons and period of time.
CSMs, TSCs, SOC and Delivery. Those OT Emploees users are SITE ADMIN users,
while the Customer will have their Admin users under TENANT ADMINS.
When a tenant create an Alert in LRE, they can choose to send it to Administrators, this will include BOTH Tenant Admins and Site Admins.
Please modify the options on this screen, so the tenant can choose to alert only the Tenant Admins, in case we need to avoid getting our OT Eng. to get those alerts.
