In our lab we use SSO to access LRE, so we have a email group we can use. SSO relieves user maintenance quite a bit.

Thank you JHF Remmelzwaal  for your response. We indeed have SSO implemented and that does work fine. So yes, we can work with e-mail groups however, I would also like something like a pop-up message board that appears when users logon. Is something like this available/possible?

In my experience e-mails are easily shoved aside and not always read (in time).

Hi Yoen De loor , that is not available as far as I know. Email is now days an issue with Win365 all around the place . You can post this on the 'Idea Exchange' so you might collect votes and eventually it might find its way into the product.

But found in the help the following: "Display a customized welcome screen" This is for first time usage on a project per user. But that implies is a date kept around somewhere. Resetting those dates might give you what you want. I do not know were those dates are stored, but you can ask OT support for more info.

We maintain a Wiki page (user can subscribe for updates). On this page we announce updates/patches and your yearly LRE update.

We use messenger / collaborative applications like MS Teams, Slack etc, where there is a group / channel / team that is dedicated to LRE. Everyone using the LRE are encouraged to join / subscribe to the channel / team. It helps us with sending and retaining info, as well as serve as a local KB for issues or workarounds along with serving as a bulletin board for announcements like maintenance, upgrades etc.
