Hi All,

Please suggest for the following errors.

1)I am trying to login into Microsoft azure hosted web-based application having Microsoft authentication when I am putting username, I am getting request in Microsoft Authenticator app in mobile to approve and I am approving it but now after 1 Hour when I am trying to replay my script, I am getting approval request, and I am getting "503 Service unavailable error" in the script.

Any idea about this, manually able to login into the web application in chrome but while replaying in Vugen i am not able to replay. Pls let me know if any idea about this?

2) we have created test user and disabled MFA for those test users. But after trying to record the script by logging in to the application URL via Vigen i am getting 401 error. but at the same time I am able to login to the application URL manually via google chrome. But getting 401 error via Vugen. can anyone please guide me on this issue?
