Problem recording with VuGen

Hi,

Sometimes,suddenly, my VuGen doesn't work when try to record events from Chrome and/or Postman.
I check all configuration and nothing change. I compare qith other colleagues, and all is equal, but they can record.

Any idea or suggestion of a possible cause and how to solve it?

    Hi,

    As a first step run VuGen by right click and "Run as Administrator'. Is the  issue the same?

    By the way, did you try how the application behave whiteout  VuGen? Can you open it?

    If you logs in with your account on your collogues computers, is it working? 

    What if your collogues logs with their accounts on your commuter? Is is working?  

    Is the UAC disabled on your machine? Are you an admin of your machine?

    Is the issue happens with all protocols or with a specific one? 

    If you can answer these questions and issue is still here, I spouse opining a case to the support?
