statics IP-LoadRunner Cloud in SaaS

When is it necessary to configure statics IP if you have LoadRunner Cloud in SaaS and and how are they configured? Thxs

    Hi

    In LRC, we can provide a static IP through dedicated IPs feature. There are 2 uses case:

    1. Dedicated IP Addresses for CLGs (cloud load generators): You are using cloud load generators and your application under test (AUT) is behind a firewall.

    2. Dedicated IP Addresses for LRC Run Time Components (RTC): You are using on-premises load generators or other LoadRunner Cloud agents that are behind a firewall.
