Unable to run a sample test getting error problem to allocate dedicate IPs for runtime component

I setup load generators on my VM's and security team opened up the firewall and ports as well.

I choose On-premise in Loadrunner cloud before running sample test.

Microfocus has already assigned a dedicated IP which is hosted on AWS .

When i run test i am getting a pop up window like this

    Dear Geetika

Your current runtime component is allocated in Dublin while the runtime component for OPLG required N. Virginia.

I suggest to open a ticket to allocation the runtime component in N.Virginia for your tenant.

    Regards,

    Kate

    Hi,

I am actually choosing the option as on-premise and not Cloud in the distribution tab (load runner cloud).

Distribution in N.Virginia I set as 0% and dedicated IP assigned to me is in Dublin. Since the Virtual machines are hosted in AWS canada east my load generators also pointing the same.

Do i need to request dedicated IP's in Canada east?
