What is the turn around for LoadRunner Cloud licence?

Hello,

 

Could you help me to undestand what is the turn around for a VUH license for LoadRunner Cloud?

In other words, how many days/weeks prior the date tests are planned to start do i need to purchase a License for LoadRunner Cloud license?

Does the license needs to loaded and linked to only one user in LoadRunner Cloud ?

or

Is it that the VUH license can it be loaded by different users? so they do not use a common access no to share passwords. yet all license validations occure behind the scenes.

    You can purchase LRC license online and the turnaround should be within minutes. The license is added to your LRC tenant, any user in the tenant can use it unless you define projects and assign specific VUH capacity to a specific project.
