Error when I try start to record a session for exploratory test

Hello Experts,

I have UFT Mobile 3.4 on Windows Server.

When I try to start to record a session for exploratory testing, the server show the next message "Connecting to Recording" all the time.

I have attached a screenshot below:

any idea about this error?
