Issues running the UFT run time

i am having issues trying to get the UFT running on my system, if i run the runtime via the shortcut i get an cmd box quickly pop up and if i check that i get a cannot read property reset of undefined error but i am able to run the Grid Node shortcut and that does run but if i check the settings then i get this :

any ideas ? I have a windows 10 system
