Trouble with launching the Dimensions RM product

I have trouble when I want to launch my dimensions RM, the "launch" button directs me to the myaccount page and shows I have no products purchases be it by trials or purchases, I currently requested to use the product via trials and somehow I could not reach to use the product instead I got stuck in the same page between the my micro focus page and myaccount page.
