2. Configuring a Connector

Each connector can be configured to your specific environment by setting up the XML configuration file.

The XML configuration file contains information about the repository connection, projects and types as well as the mappings of property and relationship information to synchronize between the repository and Borland’s CM Hub.
Some examples of configurations you can create a connector for and setup in the XML configuration:
  • Rally Iterations, Stories & Tasks <-> Borland StarTeam Agile Sprints, Stories and Tasks
  • Quality Center Defects & Requirements <-> Borland StarTeam Change Requests & Requirements

  • TFS custom work item <-> Borland StarTeam custom component
