BC 1.6 Jira Connector

This Jira Connector can be used with Borland Connect to synchronize Jira items with the Borland CM Hub.  The sample configuration file provides an example of mapping Agile assets from Jira that can be viewed from CaliberRM or StarTeam Agile.
