MF Connect needs to be able to specify a default user on the datasource to sync to if the source user is not on that datasource.
Use case.
Customer has thousands of users in JIRA, and a controlled number of users in Octane.
For this use case, customer intends to sync historical data from very large projects to Octane.
Customer does not want the entire ActiveDirectory user base to be registered in Octane.
For the majority of the users in the Jira project who are not in Octane, customer would like all Jira bugs and stories to sync over to a default user.
