Ability to view logs per connection/sync in UI

Currently, when a sync error occurs, we have to connect to MFC server and examine text-based log files manually. This is inconvenient because usually there are dozens of logs and we have to spend some time figuring out what log are we actually interested in.

If you introduce an ability to view such logs directly in MFC UI, this would greatly simplify administration process and root-cause analysis in case of failures.

A similar functionality currently exists in ALM Sync.
