Not able to login into Micro Focus Connect

Hi,

I installed MF connect 24.1 version and its opening : http://optvdevops031:8081/ConnectWeb/ url which is currently not getting to the homepage.
But if it opens the homepage I am not able to login by using Administrator/Administrator username/pw. Its showing me invalid user or user blocked error.

I created two accounts with two different mail ids, but getting the same error on the first very attempt.
