Regarding Rally Integration with ALM Octane

Hi team, 

Can someone please guide me on Rally Integration with ALM Octane.

Actually, I have downloaded and installed MF Connect but dues to some reason, the application is not getting loaded.

Apart from this I would also want to know the further process for this integration.

Any resources / guide regarding the same would be of really great help !

    The best place to start your MF Connect journey is ... https://admhelp.microfocus.com/connect/en/4.0-4.4.3/Online/Content/Resources/_TopNav/_TopNav_Home.htm

    The online help covers all relevant details on the product.

    From that point on, any issues you run into - e.g. - the application not getting loaded - will need to be addressed by raising Support Tickets through your OpenText SUpport portal, against the product you are targeting, in this case Alm Octane.

    Always put 'MF Connect' in the case title.

    As a quick suggestion worth immediate investigation, the only reason that comes to mind for the application not loading is that the service is not running.

    But again, that's a guess. For thorough analysis, you'd need to have a screen share / webex with an engineer.
