Error Install Microfocus Connect 4.5 -

Hi ,

Please help me with the following problem:

I try install Microfocus Connect 4.5 in Windows and Linux but I have next error:

  1. Windows server 2019 : the database connetion properties are not valid. Please refer to ADM help for futher instruccion .All field are for default. I Attach image
  2. Linux RedHat 8.4: Connection refused because database  not found. db;create=false.  I Attach image

For Linux I Follow the next steps: https://admhelp.microfocus.com/connect/en/4.5/Online/Content/Topics/install-linux.htm (my error occurs in step 6) 

In both cases (Windows and Linux) it is a complete installation on a single node, it is basic

    Please open an OpenText Support case against your product - Alm/QC? Alm Octane? .., specify 'MF Connect Installation Issue' in the case title.
