Formatting in Description Field is lost while performing Sync from ALM/QC to Jira

Hi Team,

While performing the sync from ALM/QC to Jira(vice versa is working fine) , the Description field format is not reflecting correctly.

In the ALM/QC, i've given the description with lines one below the other (bold and non-bold), but after the sync to JIRA, format is not same as given, as you can see from below screen shots

    Hi Tejasree,

    Due to the different rendering engines for text used by QC and Jira, a certain amount of difference between the text formatting will always be present.

    However we do have a Jira Data Source setting (which may not be already enabled) which might help with this.

    Can you go to your Jira Data Source and set "Use wiki to store Rich Text" to True.

    Then re-sync to test?

    If you continue to have issues, please log a case and let us know, we will look into raising a case with R&D.
