Synchronization of defect and release cycle between two hp qc instance

Hello 

I try to configure the defects synchronization (with mandatory field 'detected on rel' and 'detected on relcyl' ) between two HPQC Instance : 

  • I've configured the release synchronization for a specific release ID 
  • I've configured the release cycle sync for a specific cycle ID 

For the release ==> synchronization is done correctly. 

For the release cycle inside my release, I've always an error.

    i think you'd want to use ID equals 1960, not Release ID

    or you could try Name equals SynchroCrossProjects

    and if neither of these work, please open a support incident against alm/qc titled "MF Connect Issue Synchronizing Release Cycles across Alm/Qc instances"
