how to sync using the Jira Label field with octane

Hi

My customer has some words added to "Label" field on Jira

We would like to sync only the issues that has a specific label word added to this field.

i have selected label field in the filter but no dropdown box has appeared.

someone could let me know if this is possible?

here MFCC Label fiel values (de dropdown is empty)

what or how i have to select information?

We have been able to sync only the stories with API word in the Label Field using the next criterion: thank you very much Anil.

Yes, the sync criteria should work.

im going to refresh the data source first, maybe could be the main problem

after it if it still having that behavier i will open a ticket
