I am trying to sync the Comments from MF ALM to Azure Devops but when i try to map i get a popup saying we cannot map Type Comment with the Rich Text type anyone got this issue and have any fix for this?

From the ALM/QC connector reeadme:
Comment Support
Comments are synchronized using the Related Comments field.
From the MF Connect online help Use-case: Syncing ALM and Azure DevOps
The Section it is mapped to is Related Comments not the Comments field all the data in QC is under Comments Section, also none of the attachments are getting synced either in defects

First, I'd recommend that you are on the 4.4.2 version of MF Connect.
Next, I'd suggest carefully reviewing the entire online help documentation we provide with the product.

Finally, if you still continue to have issues with your MF Connect configuration, I suggest you raise an alm/qc support incident.
title it 'MF Connect Configuration issues to Azure DevOps'.
provide details on your mf connect build number, trace logs, stack traces, screen shots of connection messages,
your working time zone and best time to contact you / meet with you in a webex, etc.

unfortunately i dont see any documentation related to this as well as i am not able to open a Support incident, it says i dont have access to support portal access. I work in Central timezone.

To be allowed and entitled to use MF Connect, you must have a valid license under active support and maintenance for the Micro Focus product you are sync'ing via MF Connect (here: ALM/QC).
If you have such a license and and active support for ALM/QC, then you can open a support ticket (talk to your internal IT support if you do not have the required access information).
If you do not have such license and support, you must stop using MF Connect immediately!
