I see that it is possible to integrate ALM with ServiceNow using Micro Focus Connect and the Connectors (links below). Has anyone done this integration? I am very interested to understand how the two tools integrate, and whether or not it is a one way integration or bidirectional? Is it safe to assume on the ALM side the integration is centered around the Defects module, and it talks to ServiceNow by creating / modifying Incident and / Request tickets in ServiceNow? For anyone that has successfully established this integration, what lessons learned can you share? Any information that anyone can share on how these two tools can be integrated would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!
