New custom field added to ALM Defects screen doesn’t show in the MFConnect Type Mapping

Hi,

I have added a new custom field to the ALM Defects Module and would like to use it to sync the value updated in this field to JIRA bug. However, this new custom filed doesn’t show up in the list of available ALM fields in MF Connect.

This is strange as previously configured custom fields do show up in the list of available fields. Is there a delay between when the fields are newly created to when it shows up in MF Connect?

    So, just to confirm the utilities folder and corresponding batch files are located in the installation folder where MFConnect is installed. In case of a SaaS version typically on the drive where Microfocus would have installed and hosted the MFConnect?
