How to unlock Administrator account when locked ?

My admin account is locked, How do I unlock the administrator account ?

in the connect/utilities folder, there is a .bat script called mfcResetPassword.bat.

right mouse click, run as (O.S.) administrator.

the Administrator Connect password changes to 'changeme'

I have run this script, but account Administrator was still locked, so I am forced to reinstall connect
