How to start HAC Service Manually through JMX console

WHile moving services from Primary DPS to Secondary DPS I made a typo error for the Back up server name/ Destination Server Name. After this I invoked it and it was showing "successful" as an output.

After this all HAC services from Primary DPS is removed but didnt went to secondary DPS(as I made a mistake in Backup server Name). So currently in both the DPS, HAC is not running and I can see the assignment table that HAC services are assigned to both the Primary and Secondary DPS.

BSM is down as no HAC running. I have ran the config server wizard in all 4 server (2dps,2gw) but still not able to start the HAC in any of the DPS's. BSM version- 9.51 with IP2

Please help.
