    BPT in itself is not a tool that can be downloaded and installed :-), instead it is automation framework that comes with ALM (Micro Focus - Application Lifecycle Management) , provided you have appropriate license for the same. 

    Please download and install ALM & UFT , in order to use the BPT features .

     You can download these softwares for trail from : https://software.microfocus.com/en-us/free-trial
