• Two independent sets of menus, one for admin users and one for end users, provide easier navigation for all users.
• The updated menu unifies previously scattered functionality into a more intuitive UI for more natural interaction and easier user adoption.
• Drag and drop menu customization lets administrators easily reorganize the menu to better align with their specific needs.

Demand Management Enhancements

Customers have been requesting usability enhancements to Demand Management, 24.4 delivers. Users will be thrilled with updates to Demand Management, you can now design using click and drag fields, creating a user-friendly experience that will ultimately save time and increase productivity.

• User-friendly WYSIWYG editor provides click-and-drag fields
• Manage request header types with an intuitive, web-based editor. Easily add, delete or copy request header types as well as edit general information, fields and layout.
• Enhanced drag and drop functionality for adding fields to request details.
• Easily manage security settings for request types to ensure the correct access for teams.

Save time and increase productivity and with usability enhancements to Demand Management.

Additional Aviator Features

Beta users can enjoy new Aviator features which allow users to rapidly update request types. New Aviator capabilities allow users to:

• Manage Request Type: Users can employ Aviator to update an existing request type with additional fields or create a new one from a picture/snapshot. This is a very easy intuitive way of managing a request type.
• Populate Request Fields: Aviator will fill out the fields of an existing request from a document.
