How to solve index out of range issues while importing a library

Environment
ALM 16 and forward

Situation
While importing library, error appears. This example error can be seen from the QC logs-
Recalculating direct status of 4472 requirements: SQL error executing unknown statement
com.hp.alm.platform.db.CTdDbException

Messages:
SQL error executing unknown statement;The index 91 is out of range.;
Stack Trace:
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The index 91 is out of range.

Cause
There are many relations between tests and requirements.
