failed to enforce policy error while doing cross project customization

 In ALM 17 we are trying to apply cross project customization from one template to a project but we are getting the following error.

It says Invalid column size but don't know in which table or field this issue is happening. We have not added any field in template recently with column size -1. In debug mode also couldn't find much details about this error.
