ALM/SSO integration

Hi,

We are able to configure and validate ALM and SSO (Forgerock) inegration, however after sometime or after restarting OpenText ALM service, we are unable to bring up the service.

From wrapper.log file, we see that Server is ready message however, we don't see ALM is listening on port 443

Is there any changes required from load balancer side after enabling SSO? Currently, the health check is confiugred for "GET /qcbin/servlet/tdservlet/"
