White Screen Issue on HP ALM 12.5 Login Page in Windows

Hi everyone,

im facing issue with the HP ALM 12.5 login page on Windows 10. When I try to access it, everything fine, but when it gets to the login screen, it goes blank white screen. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling ALM, clearing temporary files, running it as an administrator.

Has anyone else face this issue, and do you have any solutions?

    Certainly landed in the wrong spot to find the ALM experts,  but which ones are you looking for?

    ALM Octane and ValueEdge
             or
    ALM/Quality Center

    Asking in the appropriate one over there would be much more helpful for you.

    Hi Victor,

    Which client do you use to open ALM client? If you failed with IE would you like to try it with ALM Client Launcher? Have you installed VC++ redistribution on your client? Is it only reproducible on a specific client, or all your clients have the same issue?

    We may not be able to give you an accurate cure before we know more details about the error.

    Maybe you can think of opening a support ticket to Opentext for deep analysis, with a screenshot provided, and ALM client log/webgate log collected?
