Unable to Attach Files in QC - Error and 0KB File Size Issue

Description:
We are experiencing an issue with attaching files in the Quality Center (QC). When attempting to upload an attachment, the following error occurs, and the file gets updated but shows as 0KB in size. When trying to open the file, it displays a "File not found" error. Attached is a screenshot of the error message for reference.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into QC.
  2. Run any one test case and attempt to paste in a screenshot, for example.
  3. Observe that the file uploads but with a size of 0KB.
  4. Attempt to open the file, which results in a "File not found" message.

Observed Behaviour:

  • The file appears in the attachment section but has a size of 0KB.
  • Attempting to open the file results in a "File not found" error.

Expected Behaviour:

  • The file should upload with the correct size and be accessible.

Notes:

I also attempted to upload a zip file using the attachment clip icon, and I noticed that the file size was also set to 0KB.
