Receiving Value cannot be null Parameter name: s when trying to execute Defect reports in Defects module. All projects, all users

We are receiving an error while trying to execute any defect report from within the Defects module.

Value cannot be null

Parameter name: s

This occurs for all users in all projects. Graphs within the defect module work. The reports within the Analysis module seem to work.
