ALM Test Lab shows Failed but Test Results say Passed

We are having issues in one project where the Status in ALM Test Lab comes back as a failure but the HTML report we generate and the Test Results Viewer show passed. There are some warnings but those shoudlnt' cause the test to fail. If there a setting or something I can check to have ALM show that the tests that actually Pass show Passed?

Would you please check the criterion result? Are they all passed?

I suggest that you can try opening the test in UFT, and run there to see if there is any error in the output console.

Please check whether there is any error in the condiition event handler code.
