How to duplicate a RUN in ALM 15.5

Hello,

We would like to duplicate the execution of a test case in order to take over the data from the previous run when we have to re-execute the same test case, this can happen when we have a step that is failed in the first execution, we make a Defect and then we replay the test case when the fix is delivered.

I am not sure what do you mean by "Duplicate". If you want to overwrite your existing Run Result, you can just click "Continue Run" If you want to run again and keep previous run, you can click "goto…

If you want to run again and keep previous run, you can click "goto TestInstance", run click "Run", it will create a New Run.

Hi Tina Li,

To update the status of a test case, I just wanted to see during the RUN the steps status of the previous RUN.
