it's a known bug. There is a developer-Patch available, which should be released as V24.1.1 but I didn't get any information about it, yet.

I already have installed the class-file in Test environment and it works, but I wouldn't use it in production until now

Ask Support for EnableTraceAuditRepairer.class whichyou need to copy to ALM-Deployment\application\20qcbin.war\WEB-INF\classes\com\hp\alm\platform\siteadmin\maintenance\repair and do a patch-deployment

Can someone attach the EnableTraceAuditRepairer.class file here as the projects can't be re-activated until a fix or the file is provided? It could take hours before Support responds.

Well, I can do this, but ALM V24.1 Patch 1 is available . Search for "PH_215539 ALM 24.1 Patch 01.zip"

Works for me.

Thanks for your help. Applying a patch requires CCB approval and scheduled downtime; applying this file should be more immediate.  Any other instructions? Can you elaborate on "do a patch-deployment"?

it's a server patch and you have to do patch-deployment including downtime.

Copy the folder included in the zip-file into your <ALM-Deployment>\application\20qcbin.war\WEB-INF\classes\

After That it should look like com\hp\alm\platform\siteadmin\maintenance\repair\EnableTraceAuditRepairer.class

After that go into your ALM-Installation folder (e.g. C:\Apps\ALM) on commandshell and run the patch-Deployment via

"run_patch_deployment.bat GUI false", klick "Next" and pray.
