If we edit Test Scripts in mannual runner, attachments are savingback in test plan aswell

 While running a manual script in Test Lab, if the tester changes the script in the test run(Description or Expected), add an attachment to the step, click on an End run and then select “Save changes to Test Plan”, then attachment is saving in Test plan also. 

We do not want the attachments to get saved in the Test Plan.

Can we stop attachment to not go in the Test plan but stay in that only run? 

Below is a similar thread that had fixed in ALM v16.01 P2 but not my issue.
