Is there any information in the wrapper.log file or the Event Viewer that gives some indication of why the service was stopped.

There is no Indication why the services is getting stopped, Services will be running but URL will not be accessed

In your post you said "Services will be stopped", but now you're saying "Services will be running but URL will not be accessed".  

Which is it, is the Windows service actually stopped, or is it that the service is running but the application is inaccessible?

If it is a case where the service is running but the application is inaccessible, check the wrapper.log file to see what error has transpired.  It is most likely a DB connection error that has happened.  And if that is the case, the most likely explanation is that perhaps there's some restart of the DB service that is breaking the connection, and so ALM does not retry to re-establish the DB connection.

Are there any errors showing in the wrapper.log file?  (Check the latest entries in the logfile )

I found Solution, I changed Host Name to IP address in Site Admin for DB Server, Its Working fine now. Thank you for suggestion. 

Glad you got it working, but it doesn't really sound like a good solution. Sounds like there may be some DNS naming conflict which you should resolve with your IT department.

Host names, preferably fully qualified, are preferable over using IP addresses.
