After upgrade to Octane v.16.1.100 service cannot be started due to Hazelcast error shown in wrapper.log file

Situation

After upgrade to Octane v.16.1.100 service cannot be started due to following error in wrapper.log file

Cause

ALM Octane 16.1.100 and higher use Hazelcast v.5.1. This requires changes to the hazelcast.xml configuration file.
