Could not get Automated Test Steps. com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AND'.

Environment

SHIFT version - 24.1.2

Silk Central version - 20.6

Octane version - 16.2.100.43
 

Situation

When Migrating from Silk Central to SHIFT the migration log shows the following for the Test_Versions section
